To his new role, Krueger will bring 23 years in the health care industry, and 14 years within the workers’ comp sector specifically. He plans to focus on opportunities for the company to increase efficiency and drive innovation within the industry.

In addition to naming Krueger as CEO, One Call announced the promotion of Will Smith from chief strategy officer to chief strategy and growth officer. In this role, Smith will strategically align the sales, product development, data and analytics, and marketing teams.

“Will knows every facet of One Call and this industry,” Warsop said.
