Extending our reach by giving back

Paradigm’s philanthropic and community partnerships allow us to give back in meaningful ways both to our industry and to the people we serve.

Kids’ Chance of America

Supporting Kids’ Chance, our core philanthropic partner, is an integral part of Paradigm’s culture as this organization completely aligns with our values. At Paradigm, our Kids’ Chance Community Team includes 28 employees representing 17 states including the national affiliation.

Kids’ Chance of America is an organization that supports scholarships and other educational opportunities for the children of workers who’ve been severely or fatally injured on the job.

As the largest corporate sponsor of Kids’ Chance, Paradigm supplies crucial funds to help establish and grow member organizations in each state. We also organize and attend fundraisers throughout the year and regularly work to raise awareness for Kids’ Chance through our social media channels.

Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation (AWWC)

Paradigm is a corporate sponsor of AWWC, a national organization devoted to creating positive changes in the workers’ compensation industry. The organization counts both men and women as members, and they work side-by-side for the advancement of women and for the betterment of the industry overall through networking, support, mentoring, and collaboration.

Paradigm’s sponsorship helps fund AWWC’s free educational and networking events at some of the industry’s biggest conferences. In addition to providing funding, Paradigm has several team members who donate their time and expertise to the organization.

Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC)

Paradigm has been a Partner in Excellence of CCMC as part of our commitment to elevating the practice of ethical case management with professional certification, the code of conduct, professional development, and education. Paradigm is a PACE provider and offers both CCM credits and BRN credits to our network of case managers. Paradigm advocates for increased education in ethics for our network and sets an annual requirement for case managers.
