There’s more pressure than ever to manage rising costs, yet no regulatory relief is in sight, which adds another layer of risk. The silver lining is that we’re seeing an uptick in engagement and willingness to have real dialogue. Plans are laser-focused on cost containment, and the bar for demonstrating measurable value continues to rise.
