Paradigm Outcomes’ catastrophic care division named Kathy Galia to be chief operations officer, the medical case management company announced in a statement.
Ms. Galia, based in Philadelphia, is joining the Walnut Creek, California-based company from The Hartford Fire Insurance Co., and will be replacing Scott Goll, who retired from the position after 25 years.
Ms. Galia previously was assistant vice president of health management at The Hartford and prior to that worked as a registered nurse and nurse case manager in the workers compensation industry.
