About the Author Neil Kalia, DC is Vice President Network Development at Paradigm. After transitioning from his chiropractic private practice in 2012, Neil assumed the role of Vice President of Network Development at Adva-Net in 2013. There, his primary focus was developing specialty provider networks in pain management, post-acute care, and addiction recovery—along with establishing best practices for credentialing and quality provider metrics in the workers’ compensation space.
Since Adva-Net was acquired by Paradigm in 2018, Neil has continued to grow in his role with Paradigm, overseeing development and credentialing of provider networks, expanding into Orthopedics & Spine, Behavioral Health, and DME & Prosthetics. Neil graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2000.
