Walnut Creek, California-based Paradigm Corp. announced the promotions of Kevin Turner to chief growth officer and Kathy Galia to chief clinical solutions officer.
Mr. Turner will oversee sales, account management and product development functions for the Paradigm enterprise, in growth, innovation and client service.
Ms. Galia, formerly senior vice president and general manager of clinical solutions, will lead the Paradigm business unit, including the teams responsible for delivering the company’s risk-based catastrophic and severe injury management services, as well as the case management service line, assuming the position previously held by Mr. Turner.
Ms. Galia was among the Business Insurance Women to Watch in 2021.
