Committed to Continuous Cultural Improvement—Paradigm Named as a Fortune Best Workplace in Health Care™ for the Fourth Consecutive Year

Paradigm named to best workplaces in healthcare 2025

Paradigm has been recognized as a Fortune Best Workplace in Health Care™ by Fortune Magazine and Great Place To Work® for the fourth year in a row. We were honored to place 14th on the list this year, moving up four spots from 2024. Our highest ranking yet reflects the power of a culture built on listening, continuous improvement, and putting people first. We’re incredibly proud of our team—their dedication and hard work make Paradigm an exceptional place to work.

Each year, Great Place To Work compiles this highly competitive list using in-depth analytics and confidential feedback to measure the full extent of the employee experience. The goal is to find the core of what makes workplaces stand out, including key behaviors that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues, and organizational loyalty. Companies were only considered if they were Great Place To Work-Certified™, a designation Paradigm received earlier this year.

Based on an analysis of survey responses from 225,000 employees at Great Place To Work-Certified organizations in the healthcare industry, this honor reflects Paradigm’s dedication to providing a positive, inclusive, and employee-centric culture. According to the survey, 89% of our employees reported Paradigm as a great place to work, significantly higher than the average U.S. company’s employee approval rating of 57%.

What it takes to be a Fortune Best Workplace in Health Care
In partnership with Fortune, Great Place To Work is the only company culture award in the United States that selects winners by accounting for fair and equitable treatment of employees. For 30 years, the organization has surveyed companies around the world to gain greater clarity on workplace experiences. The emphasis on fairness and equity means companies are assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience across race, gender, age, disability status, or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is within the organization.

“Paradigm is doing an excellent job at putting their employees as a priority and ensures that everything is provided for employees to accomplish their jobs efficiently.” – Paradigm employee

This unique survey and selection process has helped us understand our culture in new ways and provided fresh insights to help make Paradigm an even better place to work. Our consistent results and positive trajectory are a powerful validation of our core values, our openness to feedback, and our commitment to constantly improve.

A mission-driven, people-first culture
At Paradigm, everything we do is guided by our mission to help as many people as possible restore their health, spirit, and hope for a brighter future. We stay centered on what matters through a set of core principles that exemplify The Paradigm Way. Above all, we work together to be leaders in improving lives, delivering the highest levels of service, safeguarding our future, and ensuring team members feel valued and empowered.

“The company as a whole is one of the best companies I have had an opportunity to work with. Whoever I speak with, whether it’s my own team members, management, or any other department, I am greeted with kindness, respect and the overall willingness to help.” – Paradigm employee

Keeping our culture strong and mission-focused starts with listening. Insights from the Great Place To Work survey and our own internal channels provide invaluable opportunities to hear directly from our team about what we’re doing well—and where we can improve. Using this feedback, we’ve taken multiple steps over the past year to ensure that Paradigm is and continues to be a place where all employees belong and feel supported.

Here are just a few examples of initiatives we’ve launched recently that are in direct response to feedback from team members:

  • Employee Bright Spots: We recognize the importance of highlighting words of gratitude shared by clients, injured workers, and peers across the organization. Bright Spots are regular highlights on social media, Paradigm’s intranet, and at monthly Town Halls that shine a light on the incredible work happening across the company. A recent Bright Spot recognized a Paradigm Network Manager for her collaboration and clinical excellence working with a client, who shared, “I could not have asked for a better partner with all you have done.”
  • Did You Know? Videos: This series is designed to connect our colleagues in a fun and lighthearted way. Each edition features a different member of the Paradigm team in an informal Q&A session, covering everything from first jobs to favorite foods to binge-watching habits.
  • Coffee Chats: Unplugged: Our virtual Coffee Chats were conceived as a space where employees can ask questions, share ideas, and connect directly with leaders in an intimate, informal setting. This year, we’ve been excited to bring this concept to live, in-person events throughout the country. Our first two events saw a great turnout, with a very enthusiastic response that has us excited about future events on the schedule.

These and other steps are part of a larger drive to promote employee belonging at Paradigm. Through creative combinations of in-person and virtual events, we’re helping our diverse workforce across the country feel more connected than ever.

“After 11 years with Paradigm, my goal is to finish my career with this organization that holds such deep purpose and impact in our workers’ compensation industry.” – Paradigm employee
