Catastrophic Care Management Summit: Exceeding Expectations in the Heart of Austin

John S. Watts, Jr., Paradigm CEO, and Kevin Turner, CEO of Paradigm Catastrophic Care Management, welcomed more than 150 Network Managers to their annual educational gathering, Exceeding Expectations in the Heart of Austin, on October 25-27, 2019.

Network Managers are Paradigm-trained, on-the-ground nurses with an average of 10+ years of experience who work closely with the injured worker, the family, and care providers. They are the quarterbacks of an unparalleled team of clinical experts.

“The talent of Paradigm Network Managers, Medical Directors, and service providers is unsurpassed in workers’ comp. It makes us who we are,” Turner said.

Every Paradigm team member has deep expertise in catastrophic injuries and shares our commitment to putting injured workers and their families at the center of the care plan. Our coordinated teams are on the case from the very first day, acting as a collaborative network throughout the recovery journey until the guaranteed outcome is achieved.
