2026 Innovation Symposium Recap Header

Each year, the Paradigm Innovation Symposium connects colleagues, clients, and innovators to share ideas, broaden horizons, and forge solutions to our most formidable, shared challenges. Taking place March 2627 in Phoenix, Arizona, the 2026 symposium tackled key topics ranging from misinformation to cyberthreats and explored ways leaders can push past the noise to find clarity and trust in an information-saturated environment. In a series of exciting and illuminating presentations, a lineup of distinguished presenters brought these big ideas to life in relatable and accessible ways.

Extraordinary preparation, magical impact
A multi-award-winning mentalist and magician whose work has reached millions, Christophe Fox brings a deeply personal and engaging approach to his craft that blends mind reading, humor, and storytelling. Kicking off the Symposium on March 26, Christophe captivated the audience with a series of astonishing illusions that seamlessly fused technical precision with imaginative flair.

Throughout the performance, he wove in his own perspective and experiences, and encouraged participants to dream big, push boundaries, and prepare far more thoroughly than they may think necessary. Drawing parallels between onstage illusions and everyday work, Christophe underscored how extraordinary levels of dedication can create a truly magical experience for the people we serve.

Trust in the age of cyberattacks
In the face of an ever-expanding and increasingly sophisticated cyberthreat landscape, legendary FBI operative Eric O’Neill helps organizations and individuals stay protected. In an enthralling talk, Eric recounted his personal role in the high-stakes sting that exposed Robert Hanssen, the former FBI agent behind one of the worst intelligence breaches in U.S. history. From that extraordinary experience, Eric drew clear parallels to today’s escalating cyberthreats, offering practical guidance to help businesses avoid devastating financial and reputational consequences.

While the tools of cybercriminals—AI, social engineering, dark-web marketplaces—have become more sophisticated, Eric emphasizes the crucial role that a security methodology built on preparation, assessment, investigation, and decision-making can play. Above all, he believes that while trust has become a rare commodity, it is essential to any defense against these highly deceptive and dangerous attacks.

Can we break through the noise?
After climbing the journalism ladder all the way to CNN’s Chief White House Correspondent, Jessica Yellin founded News Not Noise as an antidote to the stress, anxiety, and distrust that was consuming the media landscape. In a back-and-forth Q&A with Paradigm Chief Growth Officer Kevin Turner, she discussed her transition to independent news reporting on Instagram, highlighting the shift in trust from institutions to individuals.

Covering the erosion of established news sources and the many ways algorithms incentivize misinformation, Jessica and Kevin examined the need for independent infrastructures that increase transparency and establish quality standards. Jessica recommends avoiding informational rabbit holes with a healthy media diet based on clear time limits and trustworthy sources.
