Consulting (RN) Nurse Case Managers

Conduct on site assessments for catastrophically injured individuals, gather data and initiate case management process. Establish relationships and maintains communications with patients, families, providers, Paradigm’s carrier clients and employers. Participate in all patient related conferences with the Paradigm Management Team and assist with development of Paradigm contract. Complete accurate and timely written reports in accordance with Paradigm documentation standards and Best Practices.
Active RN license; valid driver’s license; CCM, CRRN or other approved certification and exceptional communication skills.

Network Development Specialist

This position holds accountability for supporting the growth, development and training of the clinical networks composed of nurses, physicians and other clinical consultants.
Qualified Candidate must possess:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted licensure (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Health related field (required).
Minimum 7 years’ experience in the management of catastrophically injured individuals and chronic pain conditions, knowledge of case management services provided for catastrophically injured individuals with CCM certification preferred.
Awareness of jurisdictional regulations impacting patient care management, confidentiality and return to work.
Previous coaching/mentoring and skill development experience
Intermediate computer skills including knowledge of the Internet, MS work, MS Outlook, MS Excel and other tools utilized for distance learning and webinar presentations.
Ability to maintain and work independently from a home office with periodic business air travel.
Essential Responsibilities include the following:
Leads the recruitment, application and interviewing process with new case management nurses and companies and physicians.
Present candidates to internal credentialing committee for review.
Manage the initial orientation training, and contribute to web-based and regional ongoing training and development for Network Managers (NWM), Medical Directors (PMD), Medical Specialists (MSC) and Clinical Specialists (CS).
In conjunction with other departments and team members to deliver clinical and procedural training.
Directs precepting for new network managers, medical directors, medical specialists and clinical specialists and develops supportive materials.
