As patient advocates, attorneys are at times involved with cases managed by Paradigm. Just as an attorney helps his or her client navigate the complexities of the legal and healthcare system, Paradigm helps patients navigate medical complexities. To this end, we provide medical expertise, care coordination and oversight, and family support to optimize care and reduce medical risks.

Paradigm places the injured person at the center of a dedicated team that is solely focused on an optimal recovery and helping the individual and his or her family make informed decisions in the best medical interest of the injured person. Paradigm’s case management process is collaborative and driven by medical need. Our nationally recognized Consulting Medical Directors are practicing physicians assigned to each case based on their specialty. In collaboration with attending physicians, our Medical Directors consult on many aspects of medical care in order to share advanced clinical treatments, keep the focus on the best interests of the injured person, and progress toward the highest medical outcome achievement.

Also supporting each injured person is an onsite registered nurse case manager, or Network Manager, with an average of 14 years of catastrophic care experience. Together with other team members, they provide comprehensive planning for all medical, social and psychological aspects of the individual’s recovery.

As a patient advocate, our focus is always on the best interests of the injured person and helping him or her progress toward the highest medical outcome achievement possible.
