Our predictive engine, called Paradigm Analytics, is unmatched in the industry. Used in combination with the clinical expertise of our injury management teams, this model draws from a proprietary data set, with nearly 20 years of catastrophic and complex case data.

The proprietary Paradigm Analytics algorithms help our team’s project case complexity with a very high degree of accuracy. In this analytic system, “complexity” is a measure of the resources that will be needed to take an injured person from their current state to their highest potential functional outcome. Paradigm’s models have been audited by Ernst & Young and were found to be 99.9% accurate.

Paradigm Analytics can also be applied to entire datasets of legacy claims to identify cases that can benefit from Systematic Care Management^SM. Typically these claims experience spikes of volatility, have accelerated pharmaceutical costs and show patterns of risk factors that indicate the likelihood of future medical problems. After using the analytic engine to identify high risk cases, Paradigm will complete onsite assessments and contract to manage the portfolio and guarantee our results.
