PARADIGM MANAGEMENT SERVICES ANNOUNCES NEW SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

CONCORD, CA May 19, 2008 – Paradigm Management Services, the nation’s leading provider of catastrophic and complex medical management services today announced that Kelly Wilson has joined the company as the Senior Vice President of Marketing. In her role, Kelly will lead strategy, product, and marketing program development for the organization.
Kelly joins Paradigm with seventeen years of experience in marketing, strategy formulation and product development. Her most recent position was with Blue Shield of California where she was the Head of Business Marketing with responsibility for leading the Individual, Small, Mid/Large, Dental, Life and Vision marketing groups.
Prior to Blue Shield of California, Kelly was the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Wells Fargo Bank’s Private Client Services division where she was responsible for marketing the company’s Private Client insurance and banking products. Before joining Wells Fargo, Kelly was a Partner in the Strategy practice at Accenture responsible for leading client engagements in marketing strategy, product development, customer value management, sales and marketing. Kelly also spent several years as a Senior Account Executive at McCann-Erickson Advertising and Public Relations, and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and holds and M.B.A from Yale University.
