PARADIGM AND AMERITOX ANNOUNCE A PARTNERSHIP IN USING DRUG MONITORING SERVICES TO MANAGE CHRONIC PAIN SERVICES

CONCORD, CA,  December 15, 2007   - Paradigm Management Services, LLC., the nation’s leading provider of workers compensation catastrophic and complex medical management services and Ameritox, Ltd., the leading provider of specialty drug testing and medication monitoring services announced a unique partnership to help mange chronic pain cases and obtain optimal outcomes for injured workers.
 
Ameritox’s unique computer algorithm and reporting system (“RxGuardian”) will enable Paradigm Management Services to precisely measure compliance with prescription drug dosages and protocols for the chronic pain cases they manage. In addition, the technology addresses the growing problem of prescription drug abuse, by indicating if the individual is supplementing prescriptions with illicit drugs, obtaining prescriptions from multiple sources or possibly selling medication instead of taking them.
