PARADIGM MANAGEMENT SERVICES NAMES ROBERT FAHLMAN CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

CONCORD, CA, June 1, 2007 - Paradigm Management Services, the leading provider of workers compensation, catastrophic and complex medical management services, has named Robert Fahlman as Chief Executive Officer.
 
Robert Fahlman has accumulated twenty-seven years of experience in the healthcare industry with an impressive career of executive roles in companies including Proctor and Gamble, Traveler’s Health Insurance, WebMD and eHealth. Robert boasts highly skilled expertise working with major health insurance carriers, product development, sales and marketing as well as working with investment brokers including Morgan Stanley, Credit First Suisse and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Fahlman has been instrumental in several very successful IPO’s, most recently, eHealth with a 62% increase in the first day.
