Mary Baranowski

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Mary Baranowski brings more than 20 years of workers’ compensation and group health experience to the role of Senior Vice President of Business Development at Paradigm.  Previously, Mrs. Baranowski held several executive leadership positions with responsibilities ranging from product development to contracting strategies.  Most recently, she led the expansion of workers’ compensation products nationally for Coventry Health Care, including PPO network development, state certified programs and network integration.  Mrs. Baranowski holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lewis University, and is a former member of the Core Funders Committee of the Workers Compensation Research Institute.
