Paradigm takes pride in its medical management team.  We recruit physicians, nurses and clinicians with the appropriate medical, financial and management expertise to ensure optimal outcomes for each individual we serve.  Paradigm is proud that many of these clinicians have worked with us for well over a decade.

Paradigm Medical Directors
The cornerstone of Paradigm's effectiveness is the depth of clinical expertise provided through Paradigm's relationship with highly trained and experienced specialist physicians who are recognized for their clinical knowledge and expertise.  Paradigm consults with over 50 physicians to ensure all aspects of medical treatment are represented.

Directors of Clinical Services
Carefully monitoring each Paradigm case is a Director of Clinical Services (DCS), an experienced healthcare manager who integrates the administrative, clinical, and financial aspects of each case - ensuring specialized medical management plans specific to the injured person result in cost-effective outcomes for carrier/clients.

Network Managers (Nurse Case Managers)
Paradigm’s nationwide network of Nurse Case Managers is the primary interface between the injured person, customer, and Paradigm. Our nurses' clinical and management expertise spans acute workers compensation, chronic workers compensation, and chronic pain.  Paradigm employs and partners with over 130 nurses to manage catastrophic and complex cases across the nation.  Our national reach allows us to meet our commitments to our customers in all 50 states.
