Jim Hudak
President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Jim Hudak is the Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm Management Services.  In this role, he oversees Paradigm’s nationwide organization and all business functions of the company. He is responsible for the company’s strategic planning, partnerships and future growth.

Mr. Hudak has a distinguished career with considerable experience in healthcare. Mr. Hudak recently served as the Chief Administrative Officer at CRC Health Group where he oversaw several functions including human resources, IT, risk management, finance and other cross functional programs. Prior to this, he spent many years at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he ultimately served as the Global Managing Partner of the Healthcare Practice. He was Executive Vice President of UnitedHealth Group where he held the positions of Corporate Chief Information Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of United Behavioral Health.

Mr. Hudak is an expert in innovative thinking and building motivated, cohesive teams. He received his BA in economics at Yale University and his master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
