Vice President of Human Resources at Paradigm, Andy Rich has over 30 years of extensive experience in human resource leadership.  Prior to joining Paradigm, Mr. Rich was the founder and principal of Executive Dynamics, an executive consulting firm.  Prior to that he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Charles Schwab & Company where he was responsible for talent strategies, talent acquisition and retention, talent development, as well as organizational and business strategy alignment, culture and change management.  Mr. Rich also held executive management and consulting positions at Pepsi-Co’s Frito-Lay and Taco Bell, Ingram Micro, Williams-Sonoma and Central Garden & Pet.

Mr. Rich graduated from the Long Island University, where he earned MBA, MPA and BS degrees.  He also holds an Executive Management degree from The School of Industrial Relations and Labor Relations at Cornell University.  Additionally, he has been certified in coaching by the Center for Creative Leadership.
