Network Managers (Nurse Case Managers)
Providing both on-site and telephonic case management, Nurse Case Managers’ primary responsibilities include:

Establishing relationships and ongoing communication with injured persons, their families, carrier/clients, and employers, if appropriate

Coordinating high quality medical care and ensuring that services are comprehensive and outcome-focused

Maintaining ongoing case management communication with carrier/clients
- Clinical, financial, and psychosocial data collection
- Proactively managing the case to achieve case-specific outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
Each Nurse Case Manager must satisfy strict selection criteria and complete a rigorous training process before being certified by Paradigm and taking their first case. Each Network Manager must meet the following requirements:
- Workers Compensation Board recognized/certified by catastrophic carrier/clients in states where statutorily required
- Active RN license in state of service delivery
- Minimum of five years experience in catastrophic injury/illness case management, to include a minimum of three years on-site case management
- Extensive experience in managing workers compensation cases
Certification in one or more of the following organizations:

CRRN
-
CDMS
-
CRC
