Paradigm Medical Directors

Paradigm Medical Directors are nationally recognized physicians with specific expertise in the diagnostic categories we manage. These Medical Directors provide medical review, direction, and quality assurance to Paradigm's medical management process. As part of this process, Medical Directors collaborate with attending physicians to collect vital data, consult on medical and rehabilitative treatment, and introduce the Paradigm Medical Management Process. They also work with other members of the Paradigm Management Team to ensure all medical management plans reflect quality, efficient and effective medical care.

Paradigm Medical Specialist Consultants

Paradigm Medical Specialist Consultants are nationally recognized physicians with specialty expertise in particular conditions encountered by the injured persons we serve. These conditions may significantly impact care, but may not be the injured person's primary diagnosis. A Medical Specialist Consultant provides clinical consultation to a Paradigm Medical Director, but does not assume accountability for the case.
