Chief Information Officer at Paradigm, Raj Marwah brings over 15 years of extensive experience in information technology and financial services.  Prior to joining Paradigm, Mr. Marwah served as Senior Vice President of Technology for Countrywide Home Loans.  He has also served as a Senior Manager of the Program Management Office of The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago and as a Senior Program Manager at Avanade, a software consulting company.  Mr. Marwah ran a consulting group at Kana Software and led the world-wide IT Portfolio Management Process for the Global Services Division at IBM.  Mr. Marwah earned his MBA from The University of Chicago, MS in Information Systems from DePaul University, and BA from North Central College.
