Senior Vice President of Sales at Paradigm, Nina Boone brings over 25 years of successful business and sales experience primarily in the healthcare and group health markets.   Prior to joining Paradigm, Ms. Boone served as Senior Vice President Sales & Account Management for Cigna Health Solutions where she developed the distribution strategy for the now combined entities of CIGNA Behavioral Health and CareAllies. Ms. Boone has also held sales leadership positions at Empire BlueCross BlueShield and Magellan Health Services.  She holds a BA in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and has completed post graduate studies in Business Administration from Lindendwood College in Missouri.
