Chief Financial Officer at Paradigm, Kevin Fleming brings over 25 years of extensive healthcare and financial services experience. Prior to joining Paradigm, he was an executive with Electronic Data Systems and prior to that, a Partner with Ernst & Young serving some of the largest Healthcare, banking and insurance companies in the US. His business experience includes extensive finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, large scale business transformations and turn-around situations. He has also managed substantial businesses as the P&L owner including core operations such as claims processing, payments, retail lending and information technology functions. He has served on the Bay Area Council board of directors and is a member of the Financial Executives Institute.  He earned BS degrees in both accounting and finance with honors from Oregon State University. Mr. Fleming is a licensed CPA and member of both the AICPA and California State Society of CPA’s.
