New Catastrophic Injury Medical Management Model

For new catastrophic injuries, Paradigm offers case specific medical management contracts that guarantee a specific functional outcome for an injured person at a fixed price. Once the carrier/client agrees with the Outcome Plan, Paradigm assumes responsibility for all compensable medical costs from the date of loss until the contracted outcome level is achieved. Paradigm's Management Team of physician specialists, on-site nurse case managers and Directors of Clinical Services manage the case in collaboration with providers anywhere in the country. Once the Outcome Plan is completed, Paradigm may offer the option of an Extended Medical Management Plan to assist the carrier/client in controlling ongoing chronic medical costs.
