Robert L. Fahlman

Chief Executive Officer at Paradigm, Robert Fahlman brings over 28 years of extensive experience in healthcare, insurance and technology.  Prior to joining Paradigm, Mr. Fahlman served for seven years as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President with eHealth, a healthcare e-commerce company.  Mr. Fahlman also served as Chief Executive Officer of Omni Health Care, a California health plan and health insurance company, and Vice President of Field Operations at Healtheon Corporation, a healthcare Internet company now known as WebMD.  Mr. Fahlman also  held executive positions at FHP and TakeCare Health Plan, two California managed healthcare plans.  His experience includes various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble in its Surgical Products Division.  Mr. Fahlman has appeared on nationally syndicated television shows, radio shows and has spoken at industry conferences covering topics including healthcare and technology within the healthcare sector.  Mr. Fahlman holds a BS degree in business administration from Portland State University.
